We want you as our customer to be 100% satisfied. Leemook guarantees you a 30-day return window to evaluate your purchase, which means you have 30 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.

Eligibility For Returns

• Only Leemook products purchased directly from Leemook are eligible for return. If you purchased our products through an authorized distributor or reseller, please contact them directly for their return policies and procedures.

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, or promotional items that came with the product.

• To return any product you must email or call our customer service team prior to shipping for approval.

Returnable Items

Any Leemook product(s) returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving should meet the following criteria:

• There are workmanship and manufacturing defects in the Leemook product(s).

• Leemook product(s) damage by the carrier or an error on our part.

• Received Leemook product(s) with incorrect style, size or color.

• Unused Leemook product(s) that haven’t met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• No refund will be granted for the Leemook product(s) that have been damaged by the customer or tampered with in any way that jeopardizes Leemook’s ability to re-market or resell the item.

• Consumable or disposable items, such as Leemook gel blaster water bullets, and other similar items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

• Customized or personalized Leemook products, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Leemook products not purchased directly from Leemook.

Return Process

• If you believe your product is eligible for a return, please contact us. You can reach our customer service team on https://www.leemook.com.

• Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

• To ensure a smooth return process, please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase inside the package.

Get A Refund

• Once we receive the returned Leemook products, our customer service team will inspect it to verify its eligibility for a refund.

• If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned Leemook products.

• The refunds will be issued using the original payment method. After receiving your returns, the refunds will be transferred to your account if there is no any damage to the product.

• If you paid via Paypal, the refund will be credited within 2 hours. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Liability

• In the event of receipt of an incorrect Leemook product, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part, Leemook is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.

• The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong Leemook product, it didn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.
