Warranty Policy

This warranty policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Leemook provides warranty coverage for the Leemook prodicts and/or parts manufactured and sold by us. As the world’s leading toy manufacturer and brand, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Scope

This warranty policy applies to all new products including gel blaster, soft bullet gun, baby carrier, die-cast car, RC robot, stuffed animal, doll, military accessories, playsetparts and accessories manufactured and sold by Leemook. The warranty coverage described herein is applicable only to the original purchaser of the Leemook products and/or parts and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

1. Leemook Toys

Leemook warrants that the new toys and/or parts, under normal use and service, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of at least one year from the original date of delivery by the customer.

2. Parts And Accessories

Certain Leemook toy parts and accessories may have separate warranty coverage. The warranty coverage for such parts and accessories will be specified in the machine documentation or any accompanying materials.

Warranty Services

1. Repair Or Replacement

In the event that a Leemook toy fails to conform to the warranty coverage during the warranty period, Leemook will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective machine or its parts and accessories free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be based on the nature and extent of the defect, and the feasibility of the remedy.

2. Return Of Defective Leemook Toys/Parts

Before returning any defective Leemook toys/parts to Leemook, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the packaging of the returned item. Leemook reserves the right to refuse any return without a valid RMA number.

Shipping Costs

In the event of receipt of an incorrect Leemook product and/or part, damage by the carrier, defects in workmanship and manufacturing, or an error on our part. Leemook is responsible for the return shipping costs, at no cost to the customer.

The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the actual shipping costs associated with returning in cases where a customer purchased a wrong Leemook product or part, it didn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.

Leemook will bear the costs of shipping the repaired or replacement products and/or parts back to the customer, within the original country of purchase.

Repair Or Replacement Timeframe

Leemook will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the defective Leemook peoduct and/or part within a reasonable period of time. However, the repair or replacement timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the defect, availability of parts, and other factors beyond Leemook’s control.

Warranty Limitations And Exclusions

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence by the customer or any third party.

• Improper installation, maintenance, or repair not performed by authorized company representatives.

• Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the Leemook product and/or part.

• Natural disasters, accidents, fire, or any other external causes beyond Leemook’s control.

Consequential And Incidental Damages

Leemook shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Leemook product and/or part, even if Leemook has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply.

Disclaimer Of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this policy, Leemook disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Customer Responsibilities

To maintain the warranty coverage, the customer must:

• Follow the Leemook product’s user manual, guidelines, and instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance.

• Notify Leemook promptly of any potential defects or issues encountered with the Leemook product and/or part during the warranty period.

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the Leemook product and/or part, including proof of purchase, when seeking warranty services.

• Allow authorized company representatives reasonable access to the Leemook products/parts for inspection, repair, or replacement purposes.

Entire Agreement

This warranty policy constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Leemook regarding the warranty coverage for the Leemook products/parts and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
